At Governor’s Estate, all products in stock will generally be processed and shipped the next day.

Domestic Shipping

Governor’s Estate will endeavour to maintain 2-7 business day shipping (Standard Shipping Methods via our on-line fulfilment partner(s)) across Australia.

Tracking

Once your order has been processed, you will be e-mailed your order confirmation along with a tracking ID and delivery time estimate in order to allow you to track your order as it comes to you.

International Shipping

At this stage, Governor’s Estate do not deliver internationally. Please contact us if you have any enquiries.

Shipping Costs

Free shipping across Australia on all orders over $25.

Standard Shipping Costs: A standard postage fee of $9.50 will be charged on all orders under $25. For a Limited Time (during Promotions & Competitions), orders will receive free Standard Shipping to any location within Australia irrespective of basket value. 

Express Shipping Costs: Express Shipping is currently not available.

Returns

If 10 working days have gone by since your purchase, the product will be deemed to have been accepted by you and you waive the right to reject or dispute the products, other than under any legitimate claim relating to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Notwithstanding this, we want to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. Great care and caution is taken with delivering products, so if for any reason your purchase arrives, dented, damaged, or you have a quality complaint, please contact us at info@governorsestate.com In the event of a damaged product you will be asked to provide photo evidence of the unopened product.
